A Bright and Cheery Christmas with MFT's Snow Globe Die-namics

Oh my goodness, it's certainly beginning to feel a lot like Christmas around here.  We're moving along closer and closer to the new My Favorite Things release!  All the new stamps and Die-namics, stencils, ink and cardstock will be available on Tuesday at 10pm EST!

I spent the other night pinning Christmas color combinations and then had fun sitting down with my inspiration photos to pick cardstock for today's preview.   Today I'm using LOTS of new goodies included in this month's release, so let's get ready to take a closer look.

Up first, I'm working with the Snow Globe Die-namics.  The die set includes the globe, the multi-piece snowman and the fun base complete with embossing.  To build my scene I've also added the new Tree Lines Die-namics paired with the coordinating Snow Drifts Die-namics (sold separately).  The Snow Drifts Die-namics were painted with Gesso for a little added texture.

I honestly LOVE the new Swiss Dots Die-namics.  These full card front Die-namics give me lots of options to create my own patterns, and with MFT's growing collection of coordinating card stock and ink, it's all matchy-matchy.  SWOON.  I Die-cut the Swiss Dots from Nightshift Blue and then added a Sour Apple backing and set my sewing machine to the tiniest zig zag and stitched all around the edge. The sentiment is stamped in the new Nightshift Blue Ink (amazing!) ad anchored with a tiny Razzleberry Button.

Today's bright and cheery Christmas combo is made up of the the following:

Be sure to check out the MFT Blog today for a full look at all the new stamps and Die-namics that are being unveiled. You'll also find links to all the designers with samples to share and of course, information about MFT's Teaser Time Prizes!!
